Executive Career Transition Programme

A structured, confidential programme guiding senior specialists through positioning, employer mapping, interviews, and offer decisions in Germany.

Who this programme serves

This engagement is for senior specialists and executives who need more than a polished CV. You may be exiting a long Konzern tenure, facing a reorganisation, or choosing between staying in Germany and accepting a move abroad. We assume you already know your craft; what you need is a transition plan that protects reputation and timing.

What is included

  • Intake and constraint map — notice periods, non-compete clauses, equity vesting, family logistics, and what must stay confidential.
  • Positioning narrative — how hiring committees in your field should understand your last decade of work, without inflated claims.
  • Employer and role map — a focused list of organisations and mandate types where your seniority is a fit, not a stretch story.
  • Materials review — CV, LinkedIn framing, and board or committee biographies aligned to German expectations.
  • Interview preparation — panel rehearsals, reference strategy, and handling of sensitive exit topics.
  • Offer counsel — reading term sheets, bonus structures, company car and pension elements, and when to walk away.

What is not included

We do not submit applications on your behalf, run outplacement workshops for entire departments, or act as a recruitment agency placing candidates into open vacancies. If your situation requires legal advice on dismissal or settlement agreements, we refer you to employment counsel and coordinate around that advice.

How the work proceeds

  1. Week 1–2 — Confidential intake, document review, and agreement on search boundaries.
  2. Week 3–6 — Positioning, market mapping, and materials refinement.
  3. Week 7 onward — Interview preparation and offer support as live opportunities arise.

Sessions are scheduled around your diary. Between meetings you receive concise written notes so you can act without waiting for the next call.

Preparation we ask of you

Bring recent performance reviews (where shareable), your current contract highlights, and an honest list of what you will not accept in a next role. We work faster when constraints are named early.

Next step

Request a confidential call to confirm fit. If a shorter intervention is enough, see our Leadership Positioning Review or Confidential Market Briefing.
