Refund & Cancellation Policy

## Scope This policy applies to paid consultations and programmes offered by Systemintegration, including the Executive Career Transition Programme, positioning reviews, market briefings, interview preparation blocks, and board-path advisory. It does not cover third-party legal fees or products we do not sell. ## Cooling-off and eligibility For distance contracts with consumers where mandatory German/EU withdrawal rights apply, you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the engagement unless you expressly request that advisory work begin during that period and acknowledge that you may lose the withdrawal right for services fully performed. Business clients should refer to the engagement letter, which may set different commercial terms. ## Full refunds A full refund is available if: - You cancel a single briefing or preparation block in writing at least **72 hours** before the scheduled session and no preparatory written work has been delivered; or - We cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative time. ## Partial refunds If you cancel a multi-stage programme after work has begun, we refund fees for unused future stages minus the value of completed stages and any non-recoverable preparation already delivered. Completed stages are valued proportionally to the engagement letter’s staged fees. ## Non-refundable items - Sessions already held - Written deliverables already provided (market notes, annotated materials, positioning drafts) - Administrative time spent coordinating after you requested early start of work during a withdrawal period ## Deposits Where a deposit secures a programme start date, it is applied to the first instalment. Deposits become non-refundable once intake work has started, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. ## Rescheduling and no-shows You may reschedule a session once without charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Later changes or no-shows may be charged as a delivered session. We will attempt one courtesy reschedule for documented emergencies. ## Work already started Once intake interviews or document reviews have begun, fees for that stage are earned. Remaining prepaid amounts for unused stages follow the partial-refund rules above. ## Refund process and timing Email info@systemintegration.digital with “Refund request,” your invoice number, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.
