1. Confidential enquiry
You write or call with a brief outline of your situation. We reply within one business day, usually with clarifying questions about timing, geography, and confidentiality needs. No detailed documents are required at this stage.
2. Fit conversation
A short call confirms whether our counsel matches your needs. If legal dismissal issues dominate, we say so and recommend employment counsel first. If we are a fit, we propose a consultation type and fee range.
3. Engagement letter
Scope, fees, session format, and confidentiality terms are written down. Work begins after the first instalment or session fee is confirmed, per our refund policy.
4. Intake & constraint map
We gather contract highlights, family and location constraints, and what must remain private. This map governs every later recommendation.
5. Positioning & market work
Depending on the consultation, we refine your narrative, materials, and employer map. You receive written summaries—not vague encouragement.
6. Live process support
As interviews or offer talks begin, we shift into preparation and negotiation counsel. Cadence flexes around real calendar dates.
7. Close & handoff
When you accept terms—or decide to pause—we close the engagement with a short note of decisions made and open items, if any.
